- Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Adkins, which is just a short 30-minute drive from downtown San Antonio and close to La Vernia. We love to travel and frequently have sessions in San Marcos, SPI, Austin, and the surrounding San Antonio areas.
Some locations may require travel expense and/or facilities fees, but we encourage you to contact us regardless of your location. Depending on the distance and other factors, we may be able to waive these fees or work out an arrangement that fits your needs.
So, if you have a location in mind or are unsure if we travel to your area, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always excited to explore new places and capture amazing moments for our clients.
- What are my payment options?

To secure the desired date and time of your photography session, I require a non-refundable retainer fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
Once the retainer is paid, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. I accept cash, local checks and credit cards.

- Do you offer print services?

All of our photography packages, include a print credit that can be applied towards any of our products. Whether you're looking for framed prints, acrylics, canvases, albums or announcement cards, we're confident that we can help you create beautiful and timeless pieces that you'll cherish for years to come.
Our passion is designing portraits that can be proudly displayed in your home, and we take great pride in our ability to help you create a portrait wall art that you and your family will love. In addition, we also offer our services to businesses who may need flyers or business cards designed with their portraits.

When you book your portrait session with us, you can expect a personalized experience from start to finish. After your session, we will carefully edit your images to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality. We'll then schedule a viewing session where you can select your favorite images and choose from our wide range of products, including prints, canvases, albums, and more.

We understand that choosing the right attire for your portrait session can be a daunting task. Every session is as unique as you are, and we want your photos to reflect your individual style and personality. That's why we offer a pre-session consultation to help you plan a successful portrait session. During this consultation, we can discuss the details of your session, your vision for your photos, and offer suggestions on what to wear.

- What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your session. However, please note that a non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your session.
In the event that you need to cancel your session, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us time to try and fill the time slot with another client. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session or fail to show up, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your session at any time due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, illness). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
We allot a specific amount of time for each session, and when a client cancels or does not show up, it can be difficult for us to re-book the time slot. This not only impacts our ability to serve other clients, but it can also result in lost income for our business.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By booking a session with us, you are agreeing to these terms as a courtesy to us and our other clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
